Albert John Thurgood (b. 11/01/1874, d. 08/05/1927)
Albert Thurgood, born in North Melbourne, Victoria in 1874. He played for Essendon in the VFL/AFL, winning a premiership with Essendon in 1901. He played for Essendon in the VFA/VFL, winning three premierships with Essendon (1892, 1893, 1894). He played for Unions-Fremantle in the WAFL, winning two premierships with Unions-Fremantle (1895, 1898).
