These are the details of the premiership results for North Adelaide for the 1920 season of the South Australian Football League (currently known as the South Australian National Football League). The team used Adelaide Oval as their home ground, playing eleven matches there (ten as hosts and one as visitors). The team finished the regular season in first place, securing the minor premiership, and in turn, a place in the finals series. After defeating West Torrens in the second semi final, North Adelaide defeated Norwood in the final, winning the premiership. Had they lost, they would have been entitled to a right to challenge Norwood in a challenge final.
