1928 VFA Season

These are the results for the 1928 season of the Victorian Football Association (currently known as the Victorian Football League).

It featured eighteen rounds in a double round-robin format. It should be noted that teams did not necessarily play their matches following the same order as the nominal round numbers of those matches this season. Coburg were the minor premiers.

The season ended with a finals series following the Second Amended Argus system. Coburg were the premiers, with Harry Kerley as the premiership captain-coach.
