1942 SANFL Season

These are the results for the 1942 season of the South Australian National Football League.

It featured twelve rounds in a quadruple round-robin format. Sturt-South were the minor premiers.

The season ended with a finals series following the Page-McIntyre system. Port-Torrens were the premiers, with Lew Roberts as the premiership captain and Sampson Hosking as the premiership coach.
