1948 TANFL Season

These are the results for the 1948 season of the Tasmanian Australian National Football League (currently known as the Tasmanian State League).

It featured fifteen rounds in a triple round-robin format. Sandy Bay were the minor premiers.

The season ended with a finals series following the Page-McIntyre system. New Town were the premiers, with Roy Cazaly as the premiership coach.
