These are the results for the 1968 season of the Victorian Football League (currently known as the Australian Football League).

It featured twenty rounds. Essendon were the minor premiers.

The season ended with a finals series following the Page-McIntyre system. Carlton were the premiers, with John Nicholls as the premiership captain and Ron Barassi as the premiership coach.
