1985 VFLR Season

These are the results for the 1985 season of the Victorian Football League Reserves (currently known as the Australian Football League Reserves).

It featured twenty-two rounds in a double round-robin format. It should be noted that teams did not necessarily play their matches following the same order as the nominal round numbers of those matches this season. Carlton Reserves were the minor premiers.

The season ended with a finals series following the McIntyre Final Five system. Hawthorn Reserves were the premiers.
